There were 13,900 newly established businesses in June 2023, an increase of 4.8% over the same period in 2022, raising the figure to 75,900 newly established businesses for the first half of 2023.

In addition, the first half of the year saw a total of nearly 37,700 businesses resuming operations in Vietnam. On average, there 19,000 newly established and returning businesses every month.
