He told BBC radio on Saturday that when the dust has settled, the only way they’re going to get this through the House of Commons is to have a version of the deal that the government has negotiated. He said the EU may make concessions to avoid the risk that Brexit would occur without any deal, which will be economically damaging to both sides.
