(VOVworld) – The Vice State President has urged Nam Dinh province to uphold the achievemnts its has gained and create a breakthrough in future development. Addressing a meeting to review the province's emulation campaigns and launch this year’s activities, Ms. Nguyen Thi Doan said that 2012 emulation drive should focus on reengineering the economy, public investment, and local-based state-owned enterprises as well retraining civil workers. Doan acknowledged Nam Dinh’s successes in education and training, social security, industry, trade, services and capital construction. She emphasized the significance of having incentives for deserving workers and strengthening mass mobilization work.
