Themed "Binh Lieu welcomes season festival", the opening program told the audience stories about the history, culture and people of Binh Lieu, the land far in the Northeast region Vietnam.

To Dinh Hieu, Director of the district’s Cultural Communication Center, said “The folk culture of ethnic groups in Binh Lieu district is very rich and diverse from stories, rituals, and folk songs in life. This year, we have recreated the tutelary deity procession at the Luc Na Communal House Festival, so that visitors can see a land of many festivals and unique culture.”

For now until the end of this year, there will be a series of fall-winter cultural and tourism events like Golden Season Festival and Flower Festival, women's football tournament of Quang Ninh ethnic groups, and ethnic sports and folk games tournament.

There will be paragliding experience "Flying over the golden season", a new rice celebration of the Tay people, mountain climbing race to conquer the "dinosaur spine", national costume shows, art performances, bicycle racing, and OCOP product displays.
