(VOVworld) - The Bank for Investment and Development Vietnam (BIDV) has marked its 20 years of change into a commercial bank and integration into the international financial and monetary market and 6 yeas since the Bank for Investment and Development of Cambodia, BIDV’s subsidiary was established.

At a meeting in Phnom Penh, Cambodia on Friday Chea ChanTo, Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia, spoke highly of contributions by the BIDV and its branch in Cambodia to improving the efficiency of Cambodia’s banking system.

Men Sam An, Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister, congratulated "the achievements BIDV and BIDC have made over the past 20 years in Vietnam and 6 years in Cambodia. I believe that the agencies will gain more outstanding developments contributing to developing Cambodia’s society, economy, and culture as well as enhancing the friendship and solidarity between the two nations.”
