The new bas-relief is a concrete structure with an arc shape and is based on the previous stone carving built in 2001. The size of the new art is slightly larger.
A 30 centimeter-thick concrete wall is linked to a copper alloys truss system to attach the artistic part of the bas-relief.
Landscaping around the monument includes yards, gardens, lighting, and trees arranged synchronously complementing the new design.
On this inaugural occasion, a delegation from the Ministry of National Defense offered incense and flowers to commemorate the Hung Kings, and planted trees at the bas-relief complex.
