The Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam’s announcement came after some websites reported that the authorities have stopped flights between Vietnam and South Korea and Japan, following a slew of positive cases in the two East Asian countries in recent days. The agency said the information is a complete fabrication, and it has worked with the police to investigate the source of the fake news. Vietnam has temporarily halted all flights to and from China since February 1 until further notice.
