Asia remains the market with the largest number of tourists to Vietnam with more than 7.8 million, followed by Europe, America, Australia and Africa.

Favorable visa policies and tourism promotion programs promoted by localities across the country have resulted in a fairly high increase in international visitors to Vietnam. Hanoi, Da Nang, Phu Quoc, Ha Long, and Nha Trang remain popular destinations.

In the second half of this year, the Vietnam National Authority of Tourism will continue to introduce Vietnamese tourism in foreign countries such as China, India, Australia and New Zealand. It will organize promotion programs of tourism and cinema in the United States and take party in international tourism fairs.
