This is the follow-up phase of a program that was piloted and completed in Cambodia and Vietnam in 2012. Bui Chi Phuong with the External Relations Department of the Ministry of Public Security, said Vietnam has been an active member of the program and is committed to effectively implementing the program’s second phase.   The program, led by INTERPOL, is aimed at improving connectivity through strengthening law enforcement networks and cooperation at main regional transit hubs.
