The program was elaborately staged in three chapters and 21 outstanding performances, from symphonic music and choral music to modern song and dance.

Along with stage effects, the program created an artistic space rich in emotion and symbolism. Featuring renowned artists, singers, musicians, and performing arts troupes, it conveyed a message of unwavering faith in the Party's leadership, aspiration for a prosperous and happy nation, and affirmed Ho Chi Minh City’s pioneering role and expectations for the city in the new phase of development.
