(VOVworld) – The Saudi-led Arab coalition continued airstrikes at Houthi rebels in southern Yemen on Saturday and dropped weapons for supporters of President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi. 13 Houthi fighters were killed in the 10th day of the campaign, according to military sources.

A Saudi adviser said Saudi Arabia’s special forces have provided arms and communications devices for Yemeni government troops. Earlier Saudi special forces and naval soldiers were also involved in operations against Houthi units on Myun Island in the Bab Al-Mandab Strait, through which much of the world’s maritime trade passes.
