Mr. Amir Khan Muttaqi said on Thursday that Afghanistan will not be used against another country and the new administration will not allow anyone to attack anyone else from Afghan soil. 

He said that exerting pressure on Afghanistan will not benefit anyone and called on Afghans to get united and rebuild the country and its economy with goodwill, brotherhood, and unity.
