(VOVworld) – The National Assembly Standing Committee on Tuesday held a national conference to review activities of People’s Councils and Committees at all levels during the past 5 years and measures to improve their performances. In his address, National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung called on People’s Committees and Councils to promote people’s strength, mobilize resources at home and abroad, and stay united to be able to fulfill any assigned tasks to boost socioeconomic development and increase national economic competitiveness.
