Key activities include communication and education on the glorious tradition of Vietnamese youth and the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, and activities to promote the youth spirit and solidarity, and support start-ups and international integration.
The highlight will be a dialogue between the First Secretary of the Central Youth Union and union members and young people, a program honoring 10 outstanding young people in 2021, and a program celebrating the 91st founding anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
Head of the Party Central Committee's Commission for Mass Mobilization Bui Thi Minh Hoai, said that for nearly 20 years, Youth Month has inspired young people to embrace the spirit of volunteerism and dedication.
"We must promote the spirit and creativity of young people in research, taking advantage of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and participating in the national digital transformation," she said.
Activities held in response to Youth Month include giving gifts to heroic Vietnamese mothers, inaugurating charity houses for former youth volunteers and poor households, and giving gifts to students in difficult circumstances and young production workers.
