(VOVworld) – The Vietnamese embassy in the Czech Republic has met with representatives of print and online newspapers of the Vietnamese community there, marking the 90th anniversary of Vietnam’s Revolutionary Day.

Vietnam’s ambassador, Truong Manh Son, reviewed the operation of the Vietnamese press in the Czech Republic and their contributions to stabilizing the lives of the overseas Vietnamese and boosting friendship between Vietnam and the Czech Republic. Mr. Son said the embassy and the Vietnamese Association will meet with leaders of the Vietnamese press more regularly, to share and support them in dealing with any difficulties while operating there. The embassy will also call for more assistance in terms of mechanisms and policies from related ministries and sectors for Vietnamese press in the Czech Republic and other countries.
