The Quang Nam Provincial Youth Union marked the event by honoring 40 outstanding Youth Union members and granting 20 scholarships to disadvantaged students. A ceremony was held in Nam Dinh to honor 85 outstanding Youth Union members and organized a forum themed “Nam Dinh’s youth in the new age”. More than 100 Youth Union members met in Ben Tre province to mark the event. The Ben Tre Provincial Party Committee Secretary called on youths to contribute more to the province’s start-up businesses and poverty reduction.
