In his remarks, Prime Minister Chinh emphasized that under the leadership of the Party, successive Governments have demonstrated strong determination, great efforts, and decisive actions, working hand in hand with the people and armed forces nationwide to achieve remarkable and historically significant accomplishments.

“Over the past 80 years, the government has upheld a spirit of solidarity, compassion, determination, confidence, aspiration, capability, wisdom, and decisiveness. On behalf of the Government, I call on every official, civil servant, and public employee across the state administrative system to uphold a high sense of responsibility, wholeheartedly serve the Fatherland and the People; act decisively; and ensure words go along with actions. To the people and enterprises, do not say no, do not say it is difficult, do not say yes without doing,” said Prime Minister Chinh.
He also called for the general public’s efforts to promote patriotism, self-reliance, resilience, solidarity, compassion, and mutual support to join hands with the Government in building a prosperous, democratic, civilized, and happy Vietnam.

Delivering his speech, Party General Secretary To Lam said over the past 80 years, the Government apparatus has persistently laid the foundation for the country's transformation.
“The precious tradition of the Government has embraced with steadfastness, discipline, solidarity, integrity, action, creativity, effectiveness and working for the people. Steadfastness is to stand firm amidst change; discipline is to ensure smooth governance; solidarity is a source of strength; integrity is to win people’s trust; action is to turn resolutions into reality; creativity is to overcome challenges; effectiveness is to improve people’s lives; and working for the people means every policy is directed toward the ultimate goal of bringing happiness and well-being to every Vietnamese citizen,” said the Party leader.
