Current and former leaders of the Party and State, representatives from ministries, sectors, and organizations, scientists, and historical witnesses will attend the event.
High on the agenda will discussions on historical events and the leadership of the Party Central Committee, President Ho Chi Minh, the Central Military Commission, and the Ministry of National Defense throughout the development of the General Staff. Participants will elaborate the lessons learned from history and fundamental principles in the General Staff’s development.
