In June 1948 during the resistance war against the French, to encourage the nation to contribute to resistance was success, President Ho Chi Minh made an appeal for patriotic work emulation to eliminate poverty and hunger and illiteracy and foreign aggressors.
This year’s event aimed to pay tribute to the President and encouraged creative application of patriotic emulation movement over the past 74 years.
On this occasion, the Emulation and Commendation Magazine was conferred with the Labor Order, 2nd Class.
