This year’s Book includes projects that have won awards in contests held by ministries, sectors, Vietnam Fatherland Front organizations, provinces, and municipalities between January 1, 2017 and June 30, 2019 (excluding any that appeared in the 2017 and 2018 versions of the Yellow Book). The Innovation Yellow Book 2019 is scheduled for a release on August 27.
