The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor held a ceremony to honor the young public servants during their 4th national movement in Hanoi on Friday. National Assembly Vice Chairman Uong Chu Luu told participants in the event that the movement was practical to promote exemplary public servants to other young people to follow. 192 young public servants have been honored in the previous 3 movements.
