(VOVworld) – The 3^rd Hanoi International Film Festival (HANIFF) will take place in Hanoi in late November. Short films, documentary films, and cartoons from several Asian-Pacific countries will be screened.

Entries must be produced between October 1, 2012, and August 31, 2014. Awards will be presented at the festival for best short film, best director, best actor, best actress, and best young director of a short film. The festival will include other activities, such as conferences on cinematography, a HANIFF Young talents camp, and various film projects and exhibits.
