The discussions covered the top concerns of today’s newsrooms and solutions to advance Vietnamese journalism in the new era of national rise.
Le Quoc Minh, Deputy Head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Communication, Education and Mass Mobilization, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan newspaper, and President of the Vietnam Journalists’ Association, said, “Press organizations need to promote their core strengths, professional expertise and credibility.”

“In that way, we can help audience avoid getting lost amid unverified and source-less information. Press organizations must review their current status, set clear objectives, develop audience databases and governance systems, and integrate management platforms,” said Mr. Minh.
