Vuong Duy Bien, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, told VOV: “With the experience and thorough preparations of the organization board, Da Nang authority, and the Vietnam Cinematography Department, the Film Festival will be a success. Vietnamese movies will be promoted and 20 Film Festivals have marked the progress of Vietnam’s Cinematography.”

Themed “Building a modern, civilized Vietnamese movie industry”, the Festival is expected to draw 200 Vietnamese and foreign guests and 800 artists, producers, and distributors.
