The award ceremony will take place at Do Theater–Vega City Nha Trang, which is a cultural and art center with an international and modern technical system, stage design, with sound and lighting, ready to serve major national and international events.

During the week-long event, a series of cultural, art, cinema and tourism activities will be held. Movies will be screened at cinemas in Nha Trang to serve the audience.

A seminar detailing the solution needed to wake up the billion-dollar industry will be organized involving experts and reputable filmmakers on major issues of Vietnamese cinema.
