(VOVworld) – A charity art performance program called “One heart-One world” will be held in Hanoi next Friday in response to Vietnam’s Day for People with Disabilities on April 18th.

The program co-sponsored by the Association in Support of Vietnamese Handicapped and Orphans (ASVHO), VTV and Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, aims to honor donors, disabled people and orphans who do their best to overcome difficulties in life. Luong Phan Cu is ASVHO Vice Chairman: “As part of this program, we want to focus on implementing laws on the handicapped and orphans and the support program for them from the period 2011 to 2015. These activities are a response to the National Assembly’s approval of the convention which changes from humanitarian charity to assuring the rights for peole with disabilities”.
