(VOVworld) – Approximately ten thousand people joined a walk at Dam Sen Cultural Park in Ho Chi Minh City to support Agent Orange victims and people with disabilities on Saturday morning. The event marks the 53
rd anniversary of Vietnam dioxin disaster and World Humanitarian Day on August 19
th. It aims to convey a message calling on people to join hands to ease the pain of AO/dioxin victims and disabled people while giving them more hope in life.
On this occasion, a number of agencies, businesses, and individuals presented more than 100,000 USD to Ho Chi Minh Red Cross Society to support poor disabled people and AO/dioxin victims.
