The honorees have excelled in study and research, economic development, culture and art, social order maintenance, sports, and charitable activities. This is the 10th year the Hanoi Youth Union has honored outstanding youths. Nguyen Duc Tien, Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Youth Union said: “Outstanding Hanoi youths are an inspiration to other young people. It motivates us to organize other movements.
