The decision was made at a ceremony to announce the exchange of training programs for Vietnamese athletes between the Vietnam Olympic Committee (VOC) and the International Sports Strategy Foundation (ISF).

At the ceremony, VOC signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Asong Invest Ltd., ISF's strategic partner, where Asong Invest will sponsor the money.

Silver medalists and bronze medalists will be offered 500,000 USD and 200,000 USD, respectively.
