(VOVworld) – The German government predicts that up to 1 million migrants will likely enter the Europe in 2016, most of them will try to arrive in Germany.

Ole Schroeder, the deputy German minister, released the figure at a meeting in Brussels with his counterparts from Sweden, Denmark, and EU migration chief Dimitris Avramopoulos.
At the meeting, Schroeder criticized the EC for its ineffective measures to restrict the number of refugees to the Europe.

Each day there is an average of 4,000 asylum-seekers from Turkey to Egypt through which to other European countries.
European officials said by the middle of this year it’s necessary to cut the number of refugees to the EU to be able to control the current migrant crisis.
