The title “Best Tourism Villages 2025” serves as motivation for Lo Lo Chai to continue developing green and responsible tourism, preserving the environment and cultural identity for future generations. (Photo: My Tra) On this occasion, Quynh Son village in Lang Son province was also recognized by UN Tourism as one of the Best Tourism Villages in the World 2025. The Best Tourism Villages initiative, launched by UN Tourism, honors rural destinations that excel in preserving nature and culture while promoting sustainable tourism and improving local livelihoods. Villages are selected based on strict criteria covering governance, innovation, sustainability, environment, and contributions to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Vietnam now has five villages named among the Best Tourism Villages by UN Tourism: Tan Hoa village in Quang Tri, Thai Hai village in Thai Nguyen, Tra Que vegetable village in Da Nang, Lo Lo Chai village in Tuyen Quang, and Quynh Son community-based tourism village in Lang Son.
