International chefs test their skills of cooking Cao Lau

(VOVWORLD) - The third Hoi An International Food Festival titled International Cao Lau Challenge (ICLC) took place in June, 2017. The event, which attracted 10 international chefs from Vietnamese resorts and restaurants, aimed to promote the Vietnamese dish Cao Lau as well as Hoi An’s image to the world. 
 

The 10 participating chefs jointly cook Cao Lau, a famous dish from Hoi An Town, Quang Nam.
