Spanning 130,000 square meters with 3,000 booths, the Fair will see the participation of 34 provinces and cities, ministries, major corporations, and many domestic and foreign enterprises. It will be divided into five zones, representing the diversity of Vietnamese goods.

Zone 1, “Industry, Trade, Services – Prosperous Autumn”, will feature industrial, commercial, and service products from major corporations.

Zone 2, “Vietnamese Cultural Essence”, will showcase promotional and commercial activities from 12 cultural industries.

Zone 3, “Hanoi’s Autumn Essence”, will present outstanding industrial and trade products from the capital.

Zone 4, “Autumn of Vietnam – Its Colors and Scents”, will highlight collective brands, certification marks, and geographical indications from localities.

Zone 5, “Autumn for Families”, will focus on branded products from retail systems and shopping centers.

The Fair will cover heavy and light industry, cultural industries, science and technology, innovation, agriculture, food processing, services, trade, and consumer goods. All products will be carefully selected and quality-controlled, and will reflect the growing production capacity of Vietnamese enterprises in the era of global integration. The event will provide a platform for businesses to introduce new products and technologies, expand their markets, and strengthen their brand presence.

Do Thi Thu Huong, Deputy Director General of the Vinh Phuc Pharmaceutical Company (VINPHACO) said, “Vinphaco hopes that participating in the Autumn Fair 2025 will be an effective trade promotion activity that will help us improve our brand visibility, connect with partners and customers, and explore opportunities for technology transfer and high-quality pharmaceutical production.”

What sets the Autumn Fair apart from other trade fairs is its enormous scale and reach. 2,500 enterprises have registered to join, 100 of them from foreign countries, including France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, and Switzerland. Many are from China, ASEAN, Australia, and New Zealand.

Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son said, “The Fair will feature booths from domestic and international enterprises and partners ready to engage in trade transactions, including the Amazon Group. Amazon’s Chairman has expressed great interest in participating in the event, not only to promote their brand, but also to connect other businesses with the Amazon ecosystem.”

Vu Ba Phu, Director of the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency (VIETRADE) and Deputy Chairman of the Fair’s Organizing Committee, said that this event, combining ‘Fair’ and ‘Market,’ allows consumers to enjoy a lively shopping atmosphere. “The Ministry of Industry and Trade has approved promotional programs offering discounts of up to 100% to boost sales. We expect that all participating enterprises will be able to sign new business contracts through B2B connections,” said Phu.

For Hanoi, the host city, the Autumn Fair will offer a valuable opportunity to promote cultural values and economic potential.
According to Nguyen Anh Duong, Deputy Director of Hanoi’s Department of Industry and Trade, “This is one of very special events which supports Hanoi’s trade promotion efforts and investment attraction and provides local businesses and producers an opportunity to introduce, promote, and connect their products.” “It’s also a platform for Hanoi to showcase its finest cultural and economic achievements to visitors at home and abroad,” Duong added.

With its unprecedented scale, modern facilities, high-quality products, engaging activities, and attractive promotions, the upcoming Autumn Fair will “revitalize traditional growth drivers,” stimulate domestic consumption, boost exports, increase the global competitiveness of Vietnamese enterprises, affirm Vietnamese products, and open a gateway for deeper regional and global integration.

Amid global economic uncertainty, the Autumn Fair 2025 is a testament to Vietnam’s dynamism, resilience, and strategic vision in building a modern, sustainable, and globally integrated economy.
