Honorees embody deep human values, fresh perspectives, and distinctive artistic expressions. The festival’s highlights are a program marking half a century of Vietnamese war films, South Korean cinema spotlight, project incubation, Panorama of Asian Cinema program, and the first ever Asian Film Critics Award.

Ngo Phuong Lan, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Association for the Promotion and Development of Cinema, said: "This year's festival features two key programs, one of which is the program reviewing Vietnamese war films. This is a valuable cinematic legacy, and we have carefully selected works that best represent each stage and key moments in Vietnam’s cinematic journey."
