VOV contest receives outstanding entries

(VOVWORLD) - The Organizing Committee of VOV’s contest “What do you know about Vietnam 2025?” has received many high-quality entries, which shows a great deal of effort in research and presentation.

Notably, a 99-page entry from a Japanese listener features rich information and careful formatting. A 58-page submission from a Romanian listener is also among the top-rated entries.

Many Indonesian listeners have sent well-prepared entries of 32 and 42 pages.

Some entries having eye-catching layouts from the covers to the selective images for illustration.

The French section received entries from an Indian father and son, who both cherish Vietnam and regularly listen to VOV’s broadcasts.

Besides sending entries by emails, some listeners sent hard-copies sent by post.

Algerian listener Naghmouchi Nouari wrote: “I believe this year’s contest will attract many participants, as the Voice of Vietnam celebrates its 80th anniversary. I truly hope to win a prize so I can visit Vietnam and Voice of Vietnam’s headquarters. I love Vietnam as much as I love my homeland, Algeria.”

The Organizing Board has received enthusiastic participation of members of Listeners’ Clubs who have also spread the contest within their shortwave listening community.

The listeners' enthusiastic participation and heartfelt affection for the Voice of Vietnam are essential to the success of this year’s contest.

The Organizing Board is looking forward to welcoming the winners to Vietnam and the Voice of Vietnam headquarters at 58 Quan Su Street, Hanoi.
