General Tea Vinh, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Army and Commander of the Navy of Cambodia, thanked the Vietnamese Army and Navy for their sincere and valuable help in the past and at present.

He said he believes that with the tradition of solidarity and mutual assistance, the good relationship between the two militaries and two navies will be constantly consolidated and developed.

Rear Admiral Luong Viet Hung wished General Tea Vinh and officers and soldiers of the Cambodian Royal Navy a happy and successful New Year and a stronger relationship between the two Navies for peace, stability, and interests of each country.
