Dinh Huy Duong of the General Office for Population and Family Planning said that due to the complicated development of the COVID-19 epidemic, the Ministry of Health of Vietnam focuses on resources for disease prevention and control, while maintaining a policy to ensure that counseling, reproductive health care services are not disrupted.

In addition to promoting modern forms of communication through social networks,  the "smart mass mobilization" plan has been implemented and officials and collaborators are divided into many small groups and assigned to each house to propagate people. As a result, reproductive health care services and family planning are still maintained in Vietnam, said Mr. Duong.
