The experts said that in order to reach the target, it was essential to stand on three major pillars: economic prosperity balanced with environmental sustainability, equity and social inclusion, and state capacity and accountability. According to the World Bank’s reports, great opportunities to realize the goals by 2035 require the promotion of regional bilateral trade agreements, global business and technology initiatives, and an increasing number of middle-class people. The participants said that Vietnam’s economic reform program will require the further involvement of the private sector and measures to raise the efficiency of the public investment and increasing access to domestic and foreign capital markets.
