In a
Vietnam Japan Cultural Exchange program in Hanoi on Sunday, the Academy Human
Resource Center Chief, Vu Ngoc Huyen, said this is an opportunity to promote
bilateral cooperation in training: “We sent nearly 300 students to Japan last year. More than 500 are
expected to go to Japan to study and work this year. We plan to open a rep
office in Japan next year to promote exchanges of students and graduates with
Japanese partners so that Vietnamese engineers could learn from cultural and
technology advancement in Japan.”
