(VOVworld) – More than 200 foreign non-governmental organizations (NGOs) met on Thursday to discuss information exchange and cooperation expansion to improve the effectiveness of their operation in Vietnam.
The meeting was organized by the Working Committee for Foreign Non-Governmental Organizations. Participants discussed the set of tools on guidelines for administrative procedures of the People's Aid Coordinating Committee (PACCOM); the national program on strengthened mobilization of NGO aid packages for 2013-2017; plans for the organization of the 3rd international conference on the partnership between Vietnam and foreign NGOs and regulations concerning NGO operation in Vietnam.
