Representatives from the Quang Ninh Tourism Companies Association, the Scientific Union for Sustainable Tourism Development, and travel agencies proposed to develop a tourism program to explore places relating to the local legendary Water Genie.

President of the Scientific Union for Sustainable Tourism Development Nguyen Thu Hanh said: “Basing on local epics, historical documents, and interviews of old people, we have revitalized a story of the Water Genie. We propose a tourism program called the Legend of the Water Genie with many fantastic activities. We expect it will become a tourism trademark of Ba Che.”

At the seminar, Ba Che district and businesses signed a memorandum of understanding on tourism promotion.
