Mr. Tao Van Hoan, in Dien Bien Phu City, said that the public supports the democratic, objective, and fair nomination of personnel by the 12^th Party Central Committee. He added, “The national, provincial, district, or grassroots Congress have comprehended the Party Central Committee’s personnel screening. It will be a great success as decadents in politics, morality, and lifestyle are removed from membership of the next Party Central Committee. I think this time we will have a team of competent and excellent Party Committee members."

According to Party member Nguyen An Chien, in Lao Cai city, the just-concluded 13^th plenum of the Party Central Committee set out big strategies and long-term goals towards the 100th anniversary of the Party and the 100th anniversary of the country. He said, “I see that the plenum emphasized the importance of high quality human resources. First of all, the human resource has been well prepared at local level. Besides, the plenum paid special attention to humanities, culture and humans. I believe that the next 13th National Party Congress will be a success.”
