(VOVworld) – Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has asked ministries and provincial People’s Committees to take measures to improve the business environment and national competitiveness. They were also áked to speed up administrative reform in the areas of taxation and customs. According to the plan, 95% of Vietnamese businesses will submit their tax declarations online by the end of this year and all the provinces complete tax payments online by 2015. The government also requires that all taxation and customs procedures be made available online and the one-door-one-seal mechanism be implemented.
