Speaking at the 4th Party Congress of Electricity of Vietnam (EVN) for the 2025–2030 term in Hanoi on Sunday, the Prime Minister urged efforts to strive toward placing Vietnam in the Top 3 in ASEAN in the sector, or even higher.

The Prime Minister expressed his belief that the 4th Party Congress will create fresh momentum for EVN to make significant contributions to the nation’s industrialization and modernization, living up to its pioneering role in ensuring national energy security.
At its 4th Party Congress, EVN sets the goal of building a truly clean, strong, and comprehensive Party Committee; ensuring safe and stable electricity supply for the economy and people’s livelihoods; accelerating investment in power sources and grids; promoting transparent, streamlined, and efficient corporate governance; continuing to intensify the fight against corruption, waste, and negativity; and making breakthroughs in science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation.
