The participants focused their discussions on measures to shorten the time for administrative procedures related to land issues by 2016 in accordance with the Government’s resolution. The Prime Minister said it was essential to simplify administrative procedures surrounding land, environment, and natural resources to make them more transparent and favorable for people and business. He asked the Ministries, sectors and localities to consider administrative reform as a key task, which should be realized in legal documents. The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment needs to coordinate with related ministries and sectors to supervise the improvement of policies and mechanisms as well as the implementation of administrative procedures at all levels.
