Chung cake festivals were held simultaneously in 600 ethnic villages in Kon Tum province on Tuesday. Nguyễn Phúc Đoan, Chairman of the Dak Pxi commune, Dak Ha district, said: "This year we are concentrating on grassroots activities. We have organized cooking demonstrations, art contests, and performances of traditional music in each village. We are also honoring individuals and organizations who have contributed to community development. We will present gifts to disadvantaged students who have performed well academically and to poor families who have made a great effort to escape poverty."
