The bill aims to help businesses comply with market principles and stabilize their production and sales.
To Hoai Nam, Deputy Chairman and Secretary General of Vietnam Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Association, said: “The draft law overcomes shortcomings and help SMEs enjoy state support. Once the bill is promulgated, long-standing obstacles will be removed, enhancing support for inter-sector links, agricultural enterprises, and rural areas.”
Delegates underscored the need to improve the authority and responsibilities of associations, clarify the entities that will provide support, and assign responsibilities to ministries, agencies, and localities for legal enforcement.
