Vietnamese Ambassador to Venezuela Vu Trung My said that the VPA has grown steadily over the past 80 years thanks to continuing and promoting the spirit of patriotism, the quintessence of the Vietnamese people’s military art, and the support of international friends.

Colonel Richard Ruiz Álvarez, Deputy Director of the Academy of Strategic Operations (IESEOFANB), said that the Vietnamese People’s Army is a combat-ready and highly disciplined armed force.

In these discussions, Ambassador My and Colonel Vu The Trung, Vietnam Defense Attaché in Venezuela, clarified many questions, helping the Academy’s students better understand Vietnam’s situation, its renewal achievements, and foreign and defense policies.
