20 gifts were presented to social beneficiaries and 30 scholarships and 30 bicycles were given to disadvantaged students. 10,000 trees were planted at Truong Ha ward, Ha Quang district, Cao Bang province.

A Lo Lo ethnic community center was inaugurated in Cao Bang province, a school library was inaugurated in Hoa An district, and Kim Dong stilt house in Ha Quang district is being restored. The Ho Chi Minh Youth Union Central Committee also organized a virtual vocational event for young people and a training session on household waste classification in Ha Quang district.

The same day, the Dak Lak Provincial Youth Union held a ceremony to kick off the 2021 Youth Month, at which 10 bicycles were given to disadvantaged children, and 870 USD were granted to 2 potential start-up models each.
