(VOVworld)- The Advisory Council for Administrative Reform of the Prime Minister has mapped out 13 regulations and procedures to be reformed this year.

They include those concerning agriculture and rural development, information and communications, health care, education, national defense, justice, internal affairs, labor-invalids and social affairs. At a meeting on Wednesday, the Council’s members agreed on the need to participate more proactively to procedures in the government’s decrees and work more closely with associations and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry. They emphasized the importance of conducting surveys before reforming administrative procedures and regulations. Minister of Justice Ha Hung Cuong, the Council’s Chairman, urged for the mobilization of more opinions regarding the draft revisions to the Civil Code and the Law on Issuing Legal Documents.
